Dear Friend,

This week, LFF experienced something for the first time: we were censored by Facebook for a news story that an “independent fact-checker” deemed to be “fake news.”

Future sharing of additional “fake news,” or content that doesn’t meet Facebook’s “community standards” we were told, would lead to additional consequences.

Translation: conservative values are no longer acceptable on the Facebook platform.

We live in a day where Big Tech and the mainstream media exercise authority they don’t possess -- to decide what is true and what is false, and what is appropriate free speech. Facebook and Twitter have been caught slowing down or silencing conservative organizations online, as reported by our friends at the Media Research Council, an LFF allied media watchdog organization.

LFF has now been added to the list of suspect organizations whose speech is deemed intolerable by the radical left. We must fight back.

As Facebook and Twitter become more hostile towards conservatives, LFF will need to invest in building new platforms and finding new ways to identify and mobilize conservatives. We have begun that process, but we need your help to ensure that LFF’s readers are prepared to take action and stand strong for Louisiana values. Will you click here to invest in that effort?

We’re approaching the year-end quickly, which means that your window for receiving tax-deductions for donations made on this year’s taxes is approaching. We would be thrilled to have your assistance as we engage the mainstream media and Big Tech.

Here are a few stories of importance as you head into your weekend:

Justice Samuel Alito addressed the Federalist Society last night, commenting that he sees religious liberty and free speech being targeted in ways that should concern all of us.

As Georgia enters the spotlight ahead of its U.S. Senate runoffs, which will control who runs the U.S. Senate for the next two years, the Georgia Republican Party has asked the Secretary of State to disallow people from “temporarily” moving to the state to influence the outcome of the election- imagine that, as was planned by the radical leftists who want to steal those two seats and radicalize America.

Prison Fellowship is still looking for Angel Tree Angels. Will you help us bring prisoners’ families together this Christmas? Churches, organizations, and small groups can sign up to help incarcerated parents connect with their children this Christmas. Find out more.

LFF holds that darkness deserves as much light as we can possibly bring! Thank you for making that effort possible by your continued support of LFF.

In His Service,

Gene Mills
