Louisiana Secretary of State Kyle Ardoin issued a statement today dismissing rumors being spread about mail-in voting in areas most affected by Hurricane Laura. The rumor appears an attempt to get people to stay home on election day, falsely advising residents that only mail-in votes will be permitted in certain parishes.
“My office has become aware of a disinformation campaign concerning voting in parishes hardest hit by Hurricane Laura,” the statement said. “Several people have shared false information stating that all voters in Southwest Louisiana will be forced to vote by mail. This is untrue. We are working with clerks and registrars on reestablishing early votinglocation and emergency Election Day polling places.”
Please make plans to show up and VOTE your Values on November 3rd.

With the election quickly approaching, much attention has been paid to the judiciary, which stands to shift dramatically in one way or the other depending upon the outcome of the presidential contest. President Trump’s first term has focused heavily on reshaping the judiciary to be composed of judges who have an originalist view of the constitution.
Ed Whelan, president of the Ethics and Public Policy Center, praised the list of President Trump’s future judicial nominees, calling it “an outstanding list,” and telling viewers that “President Trump did an excellent job of highlighting the importance of the judiciary in the coming election."
With Americans’ distracted and pointing fingers during an election cycle over the response to COVID-19, little attention has been paid to the creators of this virus – China – and their role in cleaning up the worldwide mess of death and destruction they have created.
A fascinating report has been released by an exiled Chinese virologist who says there exists scientific proof that the virus was lab-created and originated in China.
“…[T]he Chinese government not only likely had a role in the release of the virus, but definitely had a role in the subsequent cover-up as the virus spread around the world.”
