On Sunday, Rep. Troy Nehls (R-TX) tweeted that the Department of Homeland Security confirmed that Venezuela, under the leadership of socialist president Nicolás Maduro, is intentionally releasing violent criminals out of its prisons and transporting them to the US because of the Biden administration’s open-border policy. From Breitbart: A recent Department of Homeland Security intelligence report received by the Border Patrol instructs agents to look for Venezuelan inmates released from entering the U.S., according to a source within CBP. The report, reviewed by Breitbart Texas, indicates the Venezuelan government, under the leadership of Nicolás Maduro Moros, is purposely freeing inmates — including those convicted of murder, rape, and extortion. Some activists assert that an open-border policy is humane – it is not. Open borders make America extremely vulnerable to dangerous individuals and entities, and the latest report about Venezuelan criminals is an unfortunate, but perfectly logical outcome of an upside down thinking on borders.
Hundreds of women are using the TikTok social media platform to share their grief and regret since obtaining an abortion. As somber music rolls, women share photos of their sonograms - the images of their unborn children before their termination - and express their deep regret. One video is captioned: “It’s been a year and 3 months and it still hurts just as much” And another: “What I felt after having an abortion … Constant feeling of guilt/ regret … Feeling depressed/ suicidal … grieving twins/ feeling like I lost a huge part of myself … trying to imagine what life would be like if I didn’t do it.” There are many other devastating examples. Let’s pray for those lied to about abortion, that they may find healing and wholeness by the mercies of God. Let’s also pray for other abortion-vulnerable women and those currently with child, that they may avoid the pain and regret of abortion by experiencing and choosing life!
Friend,, I think the above reports about open borders and abortion regret point to a common thread: American leadership has bought the enemy's deceptive lie, hook, line and sinker. Many think the positions they support – open border and open-mindedness on -abortion – are the “compassionate” choices. We must pray that hearts are convicted and convinced of Truth which still sets people free!
