Dear Friends

Louisiana is ranked in the Top 10 in the nation for election integrity according to The Heritage Foundation. Louisiana is behind just six other states for election integrity rankings, which is a major accomplishment.

Rankings were determined by several factors including absentee ballot management, vote counting practices, verification of citizenship, and more. Secretary of State Kyle Ardoin shared the following:

“Louisiana is among the nation’s leaders when it comes to election integrity due to our agency’s sound procedures and best practices, along with our team of dedicated civil servants who work incredibly hard to ensure our elections run smoothly.

While we are proud to be named in the top 10, our goal is perfection, so we will continue working to improve our system. Louisianians deserve the most secure, accurate and transparent elections possible—we strive to make it easy to vote, but hard to cheat.”

New Orleans is not a good place for children right now.

Mayor LaToya Cantrell announced that children ages 5 to 11 will now be required to show proof of COVID-19 “vaccination” – aka a "vaccine passport" – or demonstrate a negative COVID test in order to enter anywhere indoors in New Orleans.

Separately, NOLA public schools announced that children in the same age group must be vaccinated by February 1 in order to attend school.

Theoretically, families can opt out of NOLA public schools’ politically motivated mandate for a religious or medical exemption, but only time will tell how much those exemption requests are honored. Regardless, New Orleans' dash to ungovernability continues.

Politicians experimenting on children for pharmaceutical profits is unjust!

Anne Traum, Biden’s latest judicial nominee, went through a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing last week and failed to answer Louisiana Senator John Kennedy’s question a whopping nine times.

“Do you think we should forgive criminal misbehavior in the name of social justice?” Sen. Kennedy asked.

Traum pivoted to an answer about not being a policymaker. He tried asking the question several more times, and Traum could not provide a straightforward “yes” or “no” answer.

Finally, Sen. Kennedy asked Traum what her favorite color is. “Blue,” she responded. At least he got one clear answer from her!

Friendsas we have seen – and as we are told through His Word in the Bible - God can do all things. Dobbs went to the Supreme Court, the disastrous Build Back Better plan seems like it will fail, and many Christians are speaking up for the gospel loud and clear.

We must continue to fully trust in God, turning to Him with prayer, and ask Him to grant us the wisdom necessary to fight the good fight!

God bless you all,
